Molly Huyck is an entrepreneur, investor and advocate for women in business and sports. She is the founder of Aequitas Invest and SET The Bar, the eighth women’s sports bar in the U.S. With more than 30 years of experience in technology, operations and entrepreneurship, Molly has built, scaled and exited a technology company and now focuses on expanding access to capital and opportunity for women founders. She holds a master’s degree in technology from Creighton University and brings deep experience building teams, businesses and communities around big ideas.
